GROWTHFORGEOS™ AI POLICY

1. PURPOSE

GrowthForgeOS™ incorporates artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies to assist users with content creation, business operations, automation, communication, marketing, customer engagement, workflow management, analysis, and other functions.

This AI Policy explains how artificial intelligence may be used within GrowthForgeOS™, the responsibilities of users, and the limitations of AI-generated outputs.

This Policy forms part of the GrowthForgeOS™ Terms of Service.

2. DEFINITIONS

"AI Features" means any artificial intelligence tools, agents, assistants, automations, prompts, workflows, content generators, recommendation engines, predictive systems, machine learning models, or AI-powered functionality made available through GrowthForgeOS™.

"AI Output" means any text, image, audio, video, code, recommendation, analysis, summary, workflow, response, prediction, or other content generated in whole or in part by an AI Feature.

3. OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe artificial intelligence is a powerful business tool.

We do not believe artificial intelligence replaces human judgment, responsibility, expertise, ethics, or decision-making.

GrowthForgeOS™ uses AI to enhance productivity, efficiency, creativity, organization, communication, and execution.

Human oversight remains essential.

4. HOW GROWTHFORGEOS USES AI

GrowthForgeOS™ may use AI technologies to support:

• Content creation

• Content editing

• Content summarization

• Research assistance

• Marketing support

• CRM automation

• Lead nurturing

• Customer communications

• Customer support

• Workflow automation

• Business planning

• Reporting and analysis

• Knowledge management

• AI-powered agents and assistants

• Future AI-powered tools and services

The specific AI capabilities available may change at any time.

5. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS

GrowthForgeOS™ may utilize artificial intelligence technologies provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI

• Anthropic

• Google

• Meta

• GoHighLevel

• LeadConnector

• Cloud infrastructure providers

• Other current or future AI providers

We may add, remove, replace, modify, suspend, or discontinue AI providers at any time without notice.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You remain solely responsible for:

• Reviewing AI Outputs

• Verifying factual accuracy

• Verifying legal compliance

• Verifying regulatory compliance

• Verifying marketing compliance

• Verifying financial accuracy

• Verifying business decisions

• Determining suitability for your intended use

AI Outputs should be treated as drafts, suggestions, recommendations, or starting points rather than unquestionable facts.

7. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

AI Features do not provide:

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Tax advice

• Accounting advice

• Medical advice

• Mental health advice

• Regulatory compliance advice

• Professional licensing advice

You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI Outputs.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

AI Outputs may:

• Be inaccurate

• Be incomplete

• Be outdated

• Contain factual errors

• Misinterpret instructions

• Generate biased results

• Produce inconsistent results

• Contain hallucinations

• Include incorrect citations or references

GrowthForgeOS™ makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, or suitability of any AI Output.

9. CUSTOMER DATA AND AI

GrowthForgeOS™ does not claim ownership of Customer Data submitted through AI Features.

Customer Data remains subject to the GrowthForgeOS™ Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Customer Data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers when necessary to provide requested AI functionality.

By using AI Features, you authorize such processing.

10. PROHIBITED AI USES

You may not use AI Features to:

• Violate applicable law

• Commit fraud

• Generate spam

• Harass individuals

• Create deceptive content

• Impersonate individuals without authorization

• Generate malicious code

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Distribute malware

• Engage in unlawful surveillance

• Generate content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy

11. SENSITIVE DATA RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly authorized in writing by GrowthForgeOS™, you may not submit through AI Features:

• Protected Health Information (PHI)

• HIPAA-regulated information

• Social Security numbers

• Passport numbers

• Driver's license numbers

• Government identification records

• Biometric information

• Highly sensitive financial information

12. AVAILABILITY OF AI FEATURES

AI Features are provided on an "as available" basis.

GrowthForgeOS™ does not guarantee:

• Availability

• Uptime

• Response times

• Accuracy

• Feature continuity

• Compatibility

• Future availability of any AI provider

AI Features may be modified or discontinued at any time.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of AI Outputs may vary depending upon:

• The AI provider

• The underlying model

• Applicable law

• The nature of the generated content

You remain responsible for determining whether AI-generated content is suitable for commercial use.

GrowthForgeOS™ does not guarantee that AI Outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthForgeOS™ shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made using AI Outputs

• Business losses resulting from AI Outputs

• Regulatory violations resulting from AI Outputs

• Inaccuracies in AI Outputs

• Third-party claims related to AI Outputs

• Service interruptions involving AI providers

All AI Features are provided at your own risk.

15. POLICY CHANGES

We may modify this AI Policy at any time.

Continued use of AI Features following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
