GROWTHFORGEOS™ ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. PURPOSE

GrowthForgeOS™ is committed to providing a safe, lawful, reliable, and professional platform for business owners, entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, service providers, agencies, and organizations.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the activities, content, and behaviors that are prohibited when using GrowthForgeOS™.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the GrowthForgeOS™ Terms of Service.

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension, restriction, termination of services, removal of content, or other corrective action at our sole discretion.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

You may use GrowthForgeOS™ only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates applicable law

• Violates the rights of others

• Interferes with platform operations

• Creates security risks

• Damages our reputation

• Harms other users

• Exposes GrowthForgeOS™ to legal, regulatory, financial, or operational risk

3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of GrowthForgeOS™ complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM

• TCPA

• GDPR

• UK GDPR

• CCPA

• CPRA

• CASL

• FTC regulations

• Consumer protection laws

• Advertising laws

• Privacy laws

• Intellectual property laws

• Data protection laws

4. SPAM AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS

You may not use GrowthForgeOS™ to:

• Send spam

• Send unsolicited bulk email

• Send unsolicited SMS messages

• Send robocalls

• Send messages without consent

• Use purchased email lists

• Use scraped email lists

• Use harvested phone numbers

• Circumvent unsubscribe mechanisms

• Ignore opt-out requests

• Send deceptive communications

All communications must be permission-based and compliant with applicable law.

4.1 POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS, MASS MESSAGING, AND HIGH-VOLUME COMMUNICATIONS

GrowthForgeOS™ places a high priority on maintaining platform integrity, communication deliverability, and compliance with carrier, email provider, and regulatory requirements.

Certain communication activities present elevated compliance, reputational, and deliverability risks and may be subject to additional review, restrictions, or approval requirements.

Without prior written authorization from GrowthForgeOS™, you may not use the Platform for:

• Political campaign communications

• Political fundraising

• Political advocacy campaigns

• Election-related mass messaging

• Mass texting campaigns

• High-volume SMS broadcasting

• Bulk cold outreach campaigns

• Purchased lead lists

• Scraped contact databases

• Automated unsolicited outreach

• Ringless voicemail campaigns

• Affiliate marketing spam

• Lead generation schemes that generate excessive complaints, opt-outs, or carrier violations

GrowthForgeOS™ reserves the right to require additional verification, documentation, registration, compliance review, messaging audits, carrier approvals, or account monitoring for customers engaged in large-scale communications activities.

Even where such activities are permitted, users remain solely responsible for compliance with:

• TCPA

• CAN-SPAM

• A2P 10DLC requirements

• Carrier regulations

• State and federal consumer protection laws

• Election and campaign regulations

• Any other applicable legal requirements

GrowthForgeOS™ may suspend, restrict, or terminate messaging capabilities immediately if we determine that communications activity presents an unreasonable risk to platform operations, deliverability, vendor relationships, legal compliance, or other users.

5. FRAUDULENT OR DECEPTIVE ACTIVITIES

You may not use GrowthForgeOS™ for:

• Fraud

• Scams

• Pyramid schemes

• Ponzi schemes

• Deceptive advertising

• False claims

• Identity theft

• Impersonation

• Phishing

• Misrepresentation

• Fake testimonials

• Fake reviews

• Fake endorsements

6. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

You may not use GrowthForgeOS™ to facilitate, promote, support, or engage in:

• Criminal activity

• Money laundering

• Terrorism

• Human trafficking

• Child exploitation

• Drug trafficking

• Illegal gambling

• Counterfeit goods

• Intellectual property theft

• Unauthorized surveillance

• Any activity prohibited by applicable law

7. HARASSMENT AND ABUSIVE CONDUCT

You may not:

• Harass individuals

• Threaten individuals

• Intimidate individuals

• Stalk individuals

• Bully individuals

• Abuse individuals

• Encourage violence

• Promote violence

• Target individuals with unwanted communications

8. HATEFUL OR DISCRIMINATORY CONTENT

You may not use GrowthForgeOS™ to create, distribute, promote, or support content that:

• Promotes hatred

• Encourages discrimination

• Encourages harassment

• Advocates violence against protected groups

Protected characteristics include, but are not limited to:

• Race

• Ethnicity

• National origin

• Religion

• Disability

• Sex

• Gender

• Gender identity

• Sexual orientation

• Age

• Veteran status

9. MALWARE AND SECURITY ABUSE

You may not:

• Distribute malware

• Distribute ransomware

• Distribute spyware

• Distribute viruses

• Launch attacks against systems

• Probe vulnerabilities

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Circumvent security measures

• Interfere with platform operations

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS

You may not:

• Upload infringing content

• Violate copyrights

• Violate trademarks

• Violate patents

• Misappropriate trade secrets

• Distribute unauthorized copies

• Use content without authorization

11. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not use GrowthForgeOS™ to distribute or promote:

• Illegal content

• Fraudulent content

• Defamatory content

• Malicious content

• Violent criminal content

• Non-consensual intimate imagery

• Content that violates applicable law

12. SENSITIVE DATA RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly authorized in writing by GrowthForgeOS™, you may not store or process:

• Social Security numbers

• Passport numbers

• Driver's license numbers

• Government identification records

• Protected Health Information (PHI)

• HIPAA-regulated information

• Biometric information

• Highly sensitive financial information

13. HIGH-RISK INDUSTRIES

GrowthForgeOS™ may restrict, prohibit, or require additional review for businesses operating in certain industries, including but not limited to:

• Adult content

• Gambling

• Firearms

• Tobacco

• Nicotine products

• Cannabis

• Cryptocurrency schemes

• Multi-level marketing

• Payday lending

• High-risk financial services

• Debt collection

Approval of an account does not guarantee ongoing eligibility.

14. AI MISUSE

You may not use AI Features to:

• Generate unlawful content

• Commit fraud

• Harass others

• Impersonate individuals

• Create deceptive materials

• Circumvent laws or regulations

• Generate malware

• Violate intellectual property rights

15. PLATFORM ABUSE

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Platform

• Scrape Platform content

• Benchmark the Platform for competitive purposes

• Create competing products using Platform materials

• Share accounts improperly

• Resell access without authorization

• Interfere with Platform operations

16. AGENCY USE AND MULTI-CLIENT ACCOUNTS

GrowthForgeOS™ is designed primarily for individual businesses, organizations, brands, and business owners operating their own business activities.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by GrowthForgeOS™, each account is intended to support a single business entity, brand, organization, division, or business operation under common ownership or control.

Permitted Use

You may use a single account to manage:

• Your business

• Your brands

• Your divisions

• Your subsidiaries

• Your internal operations

• Businesses under common ownership or control

Prohibited Use

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

• Operate a software-as-a-service platform for third parties

• Resell access to GrowthForgeOS™

• Provide white-label platform access to third parties

• Host unrelated client businesses inside a single account

• Create subaccounts for unrelated businesses

• Use a single account as an agency management platform for multiple unrelated clients

• Circumvent subscription requirements by combining multiple unrelated businesses into one account

Agency Services

Nothing in this Policy prevents you from providing consulting, implementation, marketing, coaching, administrative, automation, technical support, or related professional services to clients.

However, clients receiving ongoing access to GrowthForgeOS™ must maintain their own GrowthForgeOS™ subscription unless otherwise authorized in writing by GrowthForgeOS™.

Client Ownership

Client businesses should own and control their own GrowthForgeOS™ account whenever reasonably possible.

Agencies, consultants, contractors, and service providers may be granted access as Team Members or authorized users, but account ownership, customer data ownership, and billing responsibility should remain with the client business.

GrowthForgeOS™ reserves the right to require transfer of account ownership where necessary to protect customer rights, platform integrity, or compliance with these policies.

Agency and Multi-Client Exceptions

GrowthForgeOS™ may offer agency plans, partner programs, reseller programs, enterprise plans, or other arrangements that expressly permit management of multiple client accounts.

Such arrangements must be approved in writing by GrowthForgeOS™ and may be subject to separate pricing, agreements, requirements, or limitations.

Review Rights

GrowthForgeOS™ reserves the right to review account structures, user activity, account ownership, billing arrangements, and usage patterns to determine compliance with this Policy.

If we determine that an account is being used in violation of this section, we may require:

• Migration of client accounts

• Account restructuring

• Plan upgrades

• Additional fees

• Suspension of services

• Termination of services

at our sole discretion.

17. ENFORCEMENT

GrowthForgeOS™ reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy.

We may:
