REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds, cancellations, subscription terminations, professional services engagements, digital products, training programs, and related purchases made from:

• GrowthForgeOS™

• Wild RiverDog Development Group, LLC

• Business Blueprint Builder™

By purchasing any product, service, subscription, consulting engagement, coaching program, implementation package, training program, or professional service from us, you agree to this Policy.

2. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS

GrowthForgeOS™ subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.

• All sales are final.

• Partial-month refunds are not provided.

• Unused services are not refundable.

• Downgrades do not generate refunds.

• Failure to use your account does not create eligibility for a refund.

Your subscription provides access to the Platform during the active billing period for which payment has been made.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your GrowthForgeOS™ subscription at any time.

Cancellation may be completed through:

• Your account settings (if available)

• Written request to [email protected]

• Any other method designated by Company

Upon cancellation:

• Future billing will stop.

• Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.

• No prorated refund will be issued.

• Access will terminate at the conclusion of the current billing period.

4. DATA EXPORT RESPONSIBILITY

Before cancellation or account termination, you are responsible for exporting any data, content, files, contacts, customer records, communications, automations, workflows, assets, or information you wish to retain.

While we may provide export tools or migration assistance, we do not guarantee permanent access to canceled accounts.

Following cancellation:

• Data may be retained temporarily.

• Data may be permanently deleted.

• Recovery may not be possible.

5. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Professional services include, but are not limited to:

• CRM implementation

• GrowthForgeOS™ setup

• Migration services

• Technical services

• Website development

• Funnel development

• Marketing systems

• AI implementation

• Business Blueprint Builder™ consulting

• Strategy engagements

• Coaching

• Curriculum development

• Custom projects

Because professional services require dedicated time, labor, expertise, scheduling, and resource allocation, professional service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

6. PROJECT DEPOSITS

Where a project requires a deposit:

• Deposits reserve time and resources.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable.

• Work will not begin until required deposits are received.

If Client cancels before work begins, Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting administrative costs, planning time, discovery work, strategy sessions, and other expenses already incurred.

7. CLIENT-CAUSED DELAYS

Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by:

• Failure to provide content

• Failure to provide approvals

• Failure to provide access credentials

• Failure to attend meetings

• Failure to provide required information

• Failure to respond to communications

Project timelines may be extended accordingly.

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of digital products are final.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

• Templates

• Courses

• Workbooks

• Downloads

• Guides

• SOPs

• Frameworks

• Toolkits

• Digital resources

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are not provided.

9. TRAINING PROGRAMS, COACHING PROGRAMS, AND MEMBERSHIPS

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• All coaching fees are non-refundable.

• All consulting fees are non-refundable.

• All training program fees are non-refundable.

• All membership fees are non-refundable.

Access to purchased materials remains governed by the specific program terms.

10. EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, AND LIVE TRAININGS

If Company hosts an event, workshop, retreat, or live training:

More than thirty (30) days before the event:

• Transfer requests may be approved.

• Partial refunds may be considered at Company's discretion.

Within thirty (30) days of the event:

• No refunds will be issued.

Failure to attend an event does not create refund eligibility.

11. PAYMENT PLANS

If a purchase includes a payment plan:

• You remain responsible for the full amount of the purchase.

• Stopping participation does not cancel payment obligations.

• Failure to utilize the purchased service does not eliminate payment obligations.

Payment plans are financing arrangements and not monthly memberships unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar action:

• We reserve the right to suspend services.

• We reserve the right to terminate access.

• We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts.

• We reserve the right to provide documentation supporting the validity of the transaction.

Customers agree to contact us first to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating a chargeback.

13. COMPANY TERMINATION OF SERVICES

If Company terminates services due to:

• Violation of Terms of Service

• Violation of Acceptable Use Policy

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Illegal activity

• Harassment of Company personnel

no refund shall be owed.

14. EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to issue:

• Credits

• Partial refunds

• Service credits

• Alternative accommodations

on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception granted in one situation does not create an obligation to grant exceptions in future situations.

Continued use of our products, services, or subscriptions constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
